We are excited to report that our 2005 Benziger Cabernet - Puma Springs Vineyards designated wine, is now sold out!  The 2006 vintage will be available for sale in the spring of 2009.

With weather reported directly from our vineyard and updated several times a day.

The growing season and harvest have been quite unusual in 2008, with a dry start, late frosts and long heat spells, then a harvest spread over 6 weeks. 

This year we have had a pair of Golden Eagles and a juvenile take up residence near the vineyard.

Puma Springs Vineyards Designate Cabernet recently won a Gold Medal at the 2008 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition for the Benziger Family Winery.

“4,235 wines entered into the 2008 competition, all of which were evaluated by an elite panel of more than 60 professional wine judges from across the country.”
